Steven Ho Buyer, Tips

We know how challenging it is to be fully prepared when it comes to buying a condo. In continuation to last week's video, we are providing you with an additional four things you need to consider when looking to invest in a condo property.

Taking these into consideration will allow you to be more prepared and one step closer to getting the perfect condo just for you.

1. What floor level are you on?

- higher floors fetch higher prices (less road-noise, better views, higher premiums)

2. Condo finishing's/craftsmanship

- Check what the build quality is like
- How are the appliances and other equipment?
- Are there any renovations or upgrades that you may not notice?

3. Property Management

- What is the condo age?
- Condominium reserve fund and status certificate
- Maintenance history
- Commercial condo insurance policy
- Elevator infrastructure -
What do the condo fees include?

4. Demographic of people who live in the condominium

- Are there a lot of families?
- Are they mostly young?
- Tenants or owners?
