Listed the house within 24 hours. Sold within a week.

They bought before they sold but good thing it was on the condition of the sale of their property. We had everything planned and scheduled to prepare their house for sale. Everything was going according to plan. But the house they bought received another offer. That threw a wrench into everything!

Now we were under the gun to decide whether to remove that condition before we sold their house or walk away from the purchase. We had to adjust our plan, we scrambled and pushed the schedule up to list the house within 24 hours of that news and removed the condition.
