SOLD STORY
This was a 200-year-old home in a small town that required major renovations.
This was a very unique house that wasn't your typical cookie cutter home sale. It took a different approach to market such a house in a changing market to find a niche buyer demographic.
The focus of the sale was on the location, the community and the potential of this duplex. We needed to get more eyes on this listing because it was going to be more of a niche buyer for this type of property.
With our digital marketing and advertising, we reached 97k impressions, 57k people reached on all social media platforms, 1849 views on Realtor.ca, 139 views on Mistersauga.ca, 145 unique visitors on the 3D virtual tour, 19 physical showings and that resulted in 3 offers.
Help me congratulate W+R on the successful sale of this one-of-a-kind property!

Heritage Home History
This house was built in the 1800s and was later sold to the Beaumont family who was one of the earliest settlers in Glen Williams. The Beaumont Knitting Mill is the oldest remaining mill in Glen Williams and you can find the mill down the road and it is now a cute antique store. In 1906, this house was operating as a Tannery in complementary to the mill. This is a rare and great opportunity for you to own a piece of Canadian history.
Although this is a heritage home, it doesn’t have the historic home designation which allows you to renovate this property without the historic restrictions.
