The market is definitely not like it was earlier this year, but it's not as bad as the media makes it out to be. It all comes down to expectations. Even though the market is much slower, homes are still selling.
As an investor, I wanted to free up some equity and sell this investment property. It may not have been the best timing, but with all the interest rate hikes, it didn't make sense to keep this property anymore.
