Simple Flower Candleholder
Using just a rubber hand and a flower of your choice (a kind preferably of a pastel shade) you add a spring feel. By matching the colours of the rubber band to the green stalk or even to the colour of the flower, you can keep it simple.
With the rubber band there’s not commitment to these flowers, and they can be removed or replaced with fall or Christmas themed decor as well.
Bunny Ears Headband
What you will need: white felt, pink felt, a headband (preferably white), and a hot glue gun.
Cut out the white felt into bunny ear shapes, and then the pink ones in the same shape but smaller. Keep the white felt against the pink to gauge the size and shape more accurately. Using the hot glue gun paste the pink piece onto the white and then attach it to the headband.
These could be reused for Halloween as well!
Textured No Dye Easter Eggs
Using plain eggs and origami paper we’re going to create easter eggs without any dye. Cut the paper into squares of different sizes, fold them, and cut flower shapes of your choice into them.
Take a small paint brush and apply white glue to the backs of the flower papers, and paste them onto the eggs while pressing out any excess glue or air bubbles.
Easter Basket Door Piece
The first step is to choose a basket that has a boxy structure instead of the traditional curved shape to fit your door better. You can choose to fill it with real or fake flowers and grass (tulips are ideal for the spring season). If you do choose to use real flowers, place small lightweight containers filled with water inside the basket and remember to change it whilst misting the grass. Stopping at this step would make a great Spring door decoration.
For the Easter touch: You can either hot glue painted eggshells onto a ribbon and attach that onto the basket or nestle them amongst the flowers.
Spring Flower Centerpiece
Fill a glass canister with sand and push in candles and fresh flowers through the stem. The fresh flowers preferably in a theme of pastels, would be ideal for the season. Moisten the sand to ensure longer lasting floral vibrancy.
Both the candle and the flower colours could be switched out for the various seasons, making this centerpiece a reusable piece!
