Multiple offers are definitely not as common at the moment as we saw in 2017, but they are still happening.
How can you make your offer stand out?
Well, it all depends. You can do many things to make your offer stand out. But not all of them depend on just dropping the largest sum of cash!
My favourite option is creating a letter or video of yourself and your family, telling the seller why you love their property and why it’s the perfect place for you to make your home. A lot of home sellers are emotional about leaving a place they’ve lived for so long, so they want to sell to someone who they think will take good care of it, and love it just as much as they did.
